Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
